Tools I have:

Adobe Premier Pro 7.0 (used to transfer and convert DV to AVI)
CCE 2.5 with DVD2SVCD frontend (AVI2DVD)
This also has all the extras like AVISynth, BeSweet, and DVDAuthor.

I can play the transferred/converted AVI file perfectly. Looks great and sounds great. But when I try to run it through CCE I lose the sound, nothing but crackles and pops. Video is fine.

I have downloaded a boatload of apps to try and get this working: BeSweet and it's GUI, AC3, WinDV, etc...

Latest attempt was to just export the transferred/converted AVI file from Adobe into a .WAV file and new .AVI file. This from a guide on doom9. The exports and conversion of .WAV to .AC3 went fine, but I can't figure out how to re-encode the 2 together and get sound.
Also, I ran the newly exported .AVI file through CCE (AVI2DVD) and it looks to have extracted the sound just fine, but I get a division by zero floating point error and that's all she wrote.
