Right now im using the Glossy inserts from SuperMediastore. While these print with a very nice quality, they end up sticking to the plastic covers of the DVD case's. Anyone know of a glossy perforated DVD insert that does not stick to the cases?
I am using an epson R200 to print them on. Thanks.

how long are you waiting for the ink to dry?
Let the ink dry for 24 hours then insert them into the cases -
I've had the same problem with glossy paper sticking to the DVD cover. Solution stop using glossy paper
I just use regular Canon Matte Photo Paper now and it looks better then the glossy paper imo. The plastic of the DVD case gives the illusion of being shiny when the insert is in case anyways.

they will stick even after a week of drying,, solution i found that works the best is spraying it with krylon either matte or gloss 24 hrs after the paper dries and it wont stick to the plastic anymore

A very light coating of baby powder works well. I find this is only a problem for me with covers that have large sections of one color, and usually only with black and red. I just use matte paper for these types of covers.

I have the same problem with Meritline glossy cover inserts. I've let them dry as long as a month, in Arizona with no humidity, and they still stick to the cases.
This is very weird because glossy labels and variouse brands of glossy photo paper are all dry immediately, right out of the printer.
I love the look of these glossy inserts, but I finally switched to the Meritline matte finish inserts (because of the sticking). These look almost as good as the glossy ones and they are dry right out of the printer.I have not found another perforated glossy insert to try.
If someone would just make a perforated insert out of regular glossy photo paper instead of that weird "paper" Meritline uses, that would be great.Or if I could only find regular glossy photo paper in A4 or 8-1/2 x 14 size (8-1/2 x 11 is just a bit too small), I could cut them myself, but I've had no luck in that quest either.

I print on Epson "photo quality inkjet" paper (on a R200) and I let it dry for one night. The look is very good and I have not had any "sticking" problem. This paper is not glossy, but the plastic is glossy enough so I do not see the difference. :P
I think that people having problem with sticking insert is compatibility between inks and paper. If it doesn't dry, then it's not a good match. -
I use the perforated inserts from Ultra (TigerDirect) they are matte photo and work great
