  1. I installed Panasonic CODEC using the .inf install. VirtualDup worked, but now my scanner, Epson, is not scanning. How do I uninstall an .inf file. It's not in the add and remove programs list.

  3. Tried dxman, but panasonic codec did not show up in the listing. ?

    Can I just delete the .inf and .dll files from win\sys\32?

    You might also want to delete any references to pdvcodec.dll in the Registry. Run regedit and search for pdvcodec.dll.

  7. Thanks for the information, got it deleted. But turns out it is the scanner software causing the problem (Paper Port). It seems it does not work with the Winxp sp2.

    It's more likely to be the scanner driver than Paperport. In fact, I have Paperport SE with my Brother scanner and it works fine with SP2. You should check Epson's site for an updated driver.
