I have a 4 year old Panasonic DMR-30 DVD recorder. It has never been cleaned.Seems like the picture is not as good as it use to be. Is their a DVD cleaning disc available, if so do they work well. Thanks

Just pick one up from Best Buy or Fry's. They work great. But will not work great ,if the eye in your dvd is gone. Sounds like it.

Line marvingj said. They work good and are about $10 also at Walmart. It couldn't hurt to try it because if your recorder is toast you can use the cleaner on CD players, DVD players, DVD writers, and the new recorder if you end up replacing it.Originally Posted by wbrightwell
