Hi all
Forgive me if this has been asked a thousand times, i have tried to do a search but got lost in all the jargon.
Baiscally i have a film that when u play back its all...wishy washy, that the best way to describe it, in the help files it says if this is the case it will need a codec. The file is xvid, so i downloaded the xvid file the help file reccommended, still the same. i then donwloaded the kazza lite pack, still no change, i have uninstalled he kazza pack throgh system restore etc to get rid of it now. When i load the film up through g-spot it says 2 compatible codecs installed, and they are x-vid mpeg 4 codec and xvid mpeg 4 video decoder. I am using windows media player to open it up in and have even tried xvid codec for windown media player and still no joy..
So i am stuck...anyone any idea?
Thanks
Chris

what does wishy washy look like ? is it that the picture quality is bad or that you dont see anything at all ?
