A common story but lost in a crash a little exe that will llist all installed codecs
on my pc and showed me if they were broken or missing
I know that it is freeware and kind of pinkish interface with two voices included at the start and shutdown
Liked it because it did not require installation much similar to Gspot
Can someone help me with a download link if possible?
    Thank you

    Hi drwho,

Check out GSpot or AVICodec. There's others, look in the "Tools" section where the 2 quoted tools are listed.

    Where in Oz are you?

I seem to remember Codec Sniper had sound when you started and closed it.

    Here's a link if that's what you're looking for:-
