Looks pretty good ..I downloaded the trial versin and it seems to do nice..Is this a good deal at $29.00

If speed and simplicity is your biggest concern, then Winavi is great. The quality not the best (but not too bad either). I have been using DVD Santa over Winavi. It takes slightly longer to convert, but the results are noticeably better, and is super simple to use.
