    I want to capture old analog vhs tapes to my computer with windows movie maker 2 and then burn them to dvd with sonic my dvd. What is the best setting to use when capturing analog with MM2

    Set it to capture full resolution (720x480) *.avi file. Thats all you really need to capture from VHS.

    Just in case you run into any difficulties with MM2, just come on back for advice on other capture S/W, ..... free even
