i converted an original DVD of a client to VCD(the client wants it so i did it)...but when i watched it using my VCD player it got transparent like \ line from top to bottom...it's not that obvious but if you look at it very closely you can see it. I can not see this transparent \ lines when viewing it using my PC... i used EazyVCD115a to do the job (as was suggested to me by jimmalenko). Encoding quality = Highest Quality...is there a way to remove this line transparent \ ? how?
will changing encoding type from VCD to XVCD help in improving the quality of my output? my target output is a VCD which will play in any VCD player...
i tried also DVDx2.2, but i got this line like a horizontal line...any suggestion to correct this?

I would suggest possibly your player, and/or its compatibility with the media you are using ?
I have found, if anything, your PC will play it back the worst by default. If there's noise or pixelations, your PC will show them. So it seems strange that your PC plays it no worries. That is why it sounds like it is related to your player.
BTW, IMO there is no need to go highest quality with EazyVCD. High produces almost exactly the same quality in much less time
I think you'll find that the method you describe above is quicker is because Mainconcept is a quicker encoder than TMPGEnc.If in doubt, Google it. -
thanks ill try maybe to play it using another player...
yup there is no difference between high and highesthacking the Net using typewriter :D
