More and more lately I've been running across movies where one or both parts have encryption on them. It's not a problem when burning from the image. But DVDLab won't continue the demux process once it hits the encrypted part. I run AnyDVD, and mount the images in Alcohol so DVDLab can import the asset that's being monitored by AnyDVD. But more times than not it either doesn't like the default name or something about the file to use it. So then I have to pull the mpeg out with VCDGear. But because AnyDVD only monitors physical or virtual drives for the encrypted source, I can't use those mpegs. So then I'm forced to re-encode the mpeg's before using them in DVDLab. Of course, when I do the re-encode I can use the virtual drive as a source and AnyDVD takes care of the encrypted part. Just seems like a lot of work if you want to put it on DVD.
Has anyone run across this, and if so how do you get around it? Or can't you without a re-encode?
Thanks!

I guess I'm lost. When you say Encrypted do you mean copy-protected as in a commercial DVD?. If not, then what type of encryption. Just need a little more information on what is the soure material, and what is the ultimate goal.
