This past weekend I was working with two Concert DVD's with MTR & DVD2OneX.
Disc 1
Concert length: 90 minutes
Audio Options: 2 channel stereo/Dolby 5.1
Total Size: 4.05GB
Disc 2
Concert length: 90 minutes
Audio Options: 2 channel stereo/Dolby 5.1/DTS
Total Size: 7.2GB
There are no special features on either disc just what is listed above.
Is the difference in the overall size just the DTS file?

Hello,
This can be in the regular audio forum.
DTS is quite large, if its FULL bitrate dts (1500 something) that might be the difference.
The only other explanation would be higher video bitrate on the second disc. Though that wouldn't make any sense.
Does disc 2 have special on screen grapics or any other funky feature that may take up more space???

If I extract just the movie from both discs, disc 1 has 4 VOB's totaling over 4GB and disc 2 has 8 VOB's totaling just over 7GB -
if you work it out -- it is something like only a diff of 1500 bitrate in the video , once you factor in the audio bitrates ..
