    to VCD compliant MPG...
    I could open the file, but the resulting mpg has no video at all... can anyone help me?
    What should I put on the enviromental settings to get an mpg with video and audio out of the DivX avi file?

    when this happens i use virtualdub to open the divx file and frameserve to tmpgenc for encoding.
