    can any body tell me what is " ISO FIlLE"
    and what you can do with it . also what is it good for any way.

    An ISO is a disc image. A disc image can be recorded to its media counterpart (cd, dvd, etc) and is (essentially) a data duplicate of the original.

    It can be mounted on a virtual drive by using Daemon Tools and saves the trouble of having a whole slew of files and folders cluttered all over by handling everything as one unit (a disc image).
