    i have avi that i am going to add border to. after encoding it, the sound works but i get a black screen , no video. any ideas?

    also when i cancel the process, i get a 'Invalid Pointer Operation' error.

    I cancel it b/c i dont see video being encoded, just black. usually even when you cancel, u should still get results from what you encoded so far w/o getting error.
