I follow the instructions for this and it doesnt work. When I do it it asks me to name a folder for the output. I do,a split second later it says i'm done.the log doesnt mention any errors.

For one, make sure you are using the full package, and not just the gui. There are many websites mirroring the gui, but aren't hosting the full package... only the gui. (Which in my opinion, is pointless). You can find the full package here:

To author, click the author button. Enter a name and the location where you want the fileset to be created, then click save.
