    is there any solution to this problem. every time a join a dvd file thats in mpeg format the final product sound is off by 10 seconds. The thing about this is that the second part that I have joined is the only part thats off a little. The beginning is just fine. It does this with the dvd mpeg format. PLEASE HELP

    Have you tried encoding the audio and the video separate? Extract the audio and then re-encode. That may help...

    That's my experience when joining any mpeg with TMPGEnc too. Out of sync after the join. Now, I've read that it might work as intended if both mpegs are encoded with TMPGEnc in the first place, but I've yet to verify that.
    But one question: Why would you join the mpegs? Most situations can be solved without joining (if you intend to author the mpegs later on in the process).
