dvd title screen

hi i need to rip a dvd title screen to a jpeg. Whats the best way of going about this?

there are a number of different ways to do it, but here are two of the easier ones:

1: use the copy function while you are playing the title (CTRL+C) and then paste it into your picture making software
2: If you have powerDVD, it has a built in snapshot

Do a search in the tools section and there should be at least one freeware tool that will take the title and make it a picture.
