I've captured some footage at 352x480, with 1.0 pixel ratio..

I'm doing a montage, and have imported full resolution stills (2304x1728).
I'm exporting off the timeline with CCE's plugin, but keep getting a stretched image..

No combination of output options will allow me for proper playback..
Ironically, a simple 352x480 .AVI, gets played back properly in Vdub, but the mpeg stream looks different in WinDVD.

Aspect ratios are my achilles heel..Please help me..
    Thanx...

I've never edited a 352 x 480 clip(i only use 720 x 480), but in the end, it will eventualy be played on a 4:3 aspect ratio TV. You should start with an image that is 4:3 aspect ratio. I would crop all images to 720 x 540 and let Premiere adjust them to the video.
Got my retirement plans all set. Looks like I only have to work another 5 years after I die........

    Here's my dilemna though..

I've already captured and encoded the main movies at 352x480..Unfortunately, my version of DVDLab doesn't support multiple frame sizes, therefore making the montage a dead duck ..
Therefore, i'd like to have the montage made for the 352x480 framesize..
Yes, i agree, for footage that is DV (.9 pixel aspect ratio), 720x540 still sizes are ideal..

I just can't get around why my high resolution stills are so stretched.

Such is the price paid for my ignorance...
