    Hi, I have a simple question for you. I am looking for a all in one software to create a DVD from a divx present in my HD. It seems that dvd2svcd is ok but does it require other software for the encoding ( such as TMPGenc) or it does all by itself?

    it requires an encoder softeware like tmpgenc or the free quenc.
