I had to watch that a few times... wondering if when they sliced the areas they added one full square based on their cut locations... would like to watch that slower.

I posted this in the one thread about stumping eachother with math...I forget the name.
I can tell you where the flaw lies. It is an example we go through in Trig every year. -
When the triangles and the trapazoids are cut out, they are cut with straight lines, however when the large side of the triangles are placed at the end of the trapezoids, the line is not a straight line, it is actually a little under 180 degrees, creating a slight gap between the newly created larger triangles, the gap that is difficult to see has one unit of area.
