multiplexing and cutting?

doing this with tmpgenc, using a mpv and mp2 files. selecting mpeg tools from the file menu, simple multiplex, adding my files and sleecting mepg 2 - super video cd(vbr) as type, is this right???? mproblem comes when it comes to cutting the file into 3 parts in tmpgenc, it doesnt seem to cut it very accuratly - by that i mean it includes video before the start mark and after the finish mark and the extra minute or so at the end had no audio?? any better way i can do this????

What do you use to create the .MPV and .MP2 files?

I use DVD2SVCD with the D2SROBa plug-in. DVD2SVCD can be configured to use DVD or AVI as the source and to create DVD and SVCD as the output.

Look to the left and search for it under Tools.
