so the Conexant CX25843 A/V Decoder
2 Conexant CX23416 MPEG Encoder
are these decoders and encoders better than whats on the wintv-pvr250? Such as overall quality? -
Don't know for sure in tell I get my hand on one thoses board, But base on CX25843 info below I have say yes tad bit better then Philips SAA7115HL Video Digitizer which only 9 bit A/D
