when AutoGK is encoding/ripping my PF usage is fine it goes nowhere near the limit...but my CPU usage sometimes stays at 100% for long periods of time...is this anything to worry about? im on a 3ghz 512ram p4 hyper-threading comp
PS. sorry if this is a total newbie question...im just paranoid cuz my old comp's battery blew and destroyed my hd before...

Video encoding is a very CPU-intensive task. It will max your CPU out no matter how powerful it is.
This is perfectly normal and will not damage anything.
