Ok, this one may be easy, I guess. I have DVD Decrypt here to backup my onwn DVDs (non copyrighted material). After creating a folder and then decrypting the whole stuff, I usually open this same folder with DVD Shrink to re-autor whatever I want. Since one of my VOB files is too big, I'd like to slipt it and at the very end of it, "insert" - not join - another VOB (project created with Vegas and rendered with Canopus Procoder 2.0), with the following warning: End of disc 1; please insert disc 2. I've tried everything but it seems that DVD Shrink does not recognize the new VOB inserted in the previously decrypted folder (even renaming the newly created VOB file). Can anyobody help with this? I'm sure it's possible to do that....
    Thanks in advance!!!

The ifo/bup files don't refer to the vob your adding,it doesn't exist to them. You could try running new ifo/bup files with IFOEDIT after you add the vob file. They must be numbered VTS_01_1.VOB,etc.

  3. Keep your "insert disc 2" clip in a separate folder. When you choose re-author, simply drop it in as the last title.

Thanks for taking time to respond. If I understood it well, you mean, putting a separate folder in the one with the decrypted files? I'll try that, and post the results back here as soon as possible.
Thanks again folks! - as always!

OK, OK. A newbie is a newbie. Sorry for my stupidity. Forget my last post on putting a separate folder in the one with the decrypted files. I've just figured out how to browse the HD with Shrink DVD. Want to know the outcome? I split the movie to fit in 2 discs and yes, with that warning sign at the end saying: end of disc one, please, insert disc two.
Perfect, absolutely perfect! A real Pro!

    Thanks folks!
