Hi all,
I've searched a bit around, didn't found anything about this. Either i'm not searching with the right keywords or this is sooo simple that i'm an idiot and can't see 2 feet in front of me!
I'm using my main computer to capture video, but I also use that same computer to play games. Running WinXP on a Celeron 2.6 GHz, 512 MB Ram, 80 Gig SATA and 40Gig HD with an Asus v7700 Deluxe Vivo. Obviously i need the WDM Video Driver for my captures, and i need the old version 1.08 to run flawlessly under WinXP. But with that driver, my games can't run in OpenGL mode and are running in Software Mode (Which is horrendously slowww!). I need a way to have both drivers installed to perform both tasks well.
My Question is what are other people doing to circumvent this situation? I guess Dual Booting 2 WinXP System could do the trick if it's even possible to have 2 WinXP on the same partition. Not sure if this could be accomplished with WinXP's Hardware profiles....I'd like to hear your comments on this.
Thanks,
XiNull
