I recently got some inkjet printable prodiscs and have printed a couple of white labels great with no problems. When I tried to print a silver printable the picture looked almost like an xray or outline and banded and was smeared. Do I have to change some setting to print on silver. I tried increasing the density, etc but still cannot print. Is there the possibility they sent me thermal printable. How can I tell what type of disc this is? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Without detailed info, thermals would be my guess too. I've printed on both the silver and white topped inkjets, and have expeienced no problems. The only difference is that the silver looks almost hologram-like.
