I took a 2:05:59 minute AVI and encoded it too MPG with Pansonic's MPEG1 Encoder. Now the video is 2:04:19 minutes and when i tried to crop the last half of the movie with iFilmEdit it gives me an error "Incorrect Data at the end of the Crop Area!", I've never tried to do this before and maybe some one else experience will help cause I really don't want to have to try and re-encode the avi to mpg AGAIN.
P.S.
i've watched the video in Windows Media Player and it plays the last 20 mintues fine, so i can't understand what the problem could be.
Thanx in advance.

Hey, is this rob?, anyway, I would crop the movie in tmpgenc using clip frame. Just do everything in one with tmpm, saves a lot of time.
