  1. I'm using tmpgenc to convert divx to mpeg2.
    Works fine.
However I have one file that has a problem:

    File 702MB, duration 1:58:40, type:avi, 1 audio stream
    Video: 647 MB, 763Kbps, 25fps, 408*208, DIV3 = DivX v3 MPEG-4 (Low-Motion)
    Audio: 54MB, 64 Kbps, 44100Hz, 1 channel, MPEG Layer 3

For this specific file , when I can see from tmpgenc that the file is not read correctly. Image is blurry with high-contract colors.

However when i view the same file in RealOne or Media player then it is perfect.

    Any idea what's wrong?
