encoding time is wrong

I'm trying to get things working with DVD2SVCD and CCE, however, I have failed untill now.
Every time I try to encode from DVD to SVCD, only a part (first 29 minutes) are encoded by CCE. DVD2SVCD clearly indicates that it is a 1 hour and 15 minutes movie and also shows all VOB files in the log.
What's wrong here?? With TMPGenc there is no problem at all.

I'm using CCE 2.67 btw.....where DVD2SVCD asks for CCE2.50...could this be the reason?????
Also when I want to convert AVI2SVCD....CCE is not adjusted to the config that I configured in AVI2SVCD (VBR 4 pass becomes CBR 6000kbps)....
I'm getting REALLY puzzled and angry of this. Grrr....!
