    The hack mentioned on this site isn't working for my Coby 223.

    Anyone have any suggestions or help?

    I had the same problem. Here's what i did.

    First you have to go real slow make sure the hand has dissapeared before going on.

    What I did and don't ask my why it worked for my 223 was to first disable the vcd/svcd support (even though it wasn't enabled), then enable it.

    That's all I did, hopefully that will help you
