How do I correct audio sync error?

Hi,
I have a Nova-t PCI card which I have used together with Pinnacle Expression software to create a DVD. The result is that I now have a DVD with a audio/video sync error of about 1/2 second.

Can anyone tell me how to correct this particular recording?
(I am not concerned about other new recordings because I have now solved the problem by using IFOEDIT instead on Pinnacle expression and this works well).

I guess I need to demux the VOB file and save back to hard disk as mpv / mpa and then use some software ??? to correct the sync before re-authoring back to DVD format.

This is as far as I have got so far:-
I have tried using PVinstrumento to demux the VOB file but it only saves the mpv file and no audio.

I am sure this should be easy using the right tools.

Can anyone help?

Rip the dvd to one large vob file using DVDDecrypter. Load vob into Womble Mpeg2vcr, demux it, then adjust delay and re-mux it.
