I was in a different thread and felt like refering to this in that thread. also you can list any accidents you've ever had that were reported "NOT" to be your fault.

I'll start from the most recent. I was driving down a major blvd. A person lost control of their 49CC class mini-motorcycle from a side street and bailed while letting the bike go into the BLVD. traffic. I had a minivan to my right that began to brake suddenly. I started to put my foot on the brake and then saw a small motorbike skidding on it's side into my lane, so I put on the brakes full. Dragged the bike about 40-50' under my car. It impaled the cooling system for everything, but didn't go past the frame. Caused about $3500 in damage. The owner of the bike ran off and everything else regarding that go into another story. Anyway, this accident was reported as not my fault.

next most recent, I was moving items from an apartment back to my parents house for a short time until I got married and moved into something bigger. While I was driving my "parent's minivan", a Deer came from the trees off to my right and ran into the passenger front door. It startled me so I jerked right on the steering wheel and the deer was thrown back into the tress on it's side, then stood up quickly and was still for a couple of seconds and then hopped back off into the trees. There was about $2100 damage in dent and minor body work from the damage the deer had made.

It was winter time and I was behind 2 cars at a stop light. A car came skidding pretty fast around a corner and into my back end. I had an 82' Ford Granada, and ended up skidding with no damage into the car ahead of me, which in turn bumped the car in front right on through the intersection. THere wasn't any traffic coming, but the car went right on through the whole intersection with it's brake lights on and kindda fish-tailing. The car in front was a Geo Sprint. And the car in front of me was a Toyota Camry. The car that hit me was a Chevy Cavalier which turned out to be the only car with any real damage.

This was in the fall, and I had taken a turn down a wrong street. So I go to do a 3 point turn and as I start out of the 3rd point, the car goes backwards and then the nose of the car is pointing almost 80 degrees in the air. A sinkhole had sucked the car backwards. The town had removed guardrails on the street to widen the base and repave the road. They never put new guardrails up and there was a heavy rain not much earlier that eroded away the burm and softened the area under parts of the road. I was the unlucky one who found one of the spots. The town paid for my car's removal and all damages to my car. They wanted to make sure I didn't file a lawsuit against them.

Another one in the winter, And I was on my way to school. I'm on a back road in the country. There was snow on the ground, but if you go the speed limit or a bit slower for road conditions, you can see where the boundaries of the road were. Another car that was oncoming was moving fast and was in my lane. I had to pull almost completely off of the road to avoid a head on accident. I tried pulling back on the road but the road curved to the left up ahead while slightly going down a hill. the car was in a skid and the front passenger wheel got caught in the rain ditch and pulled the car into a broadside skid. I'm looking off to my left and I see a house. I grab the steering wheel and turn hard left while bracing myself for impact. I hit a Telephone pole at the point where the driver's front wheel was. the car had spun 180 degrees and the pole split about 6' from the base and dug into the ground while leaning against the car. the power cables and the bracing of the car together were holding the pole in place. I didn't know this at the time, which is why I jumped out of the car to avoid electorcution. I go into the house and ask to use the phone. Well the only line I took out was the phone line. The guy said I had to go down the street and call from a different house. I walk 1/4 of a mile to the next house in cold snowy weather. I call the police and my dad. About 10 minutes later the guy from the other house walks in with his cell phone and his lawyer on the line. He ended up trying to sue me for landscaping costs. It was thrown out and he got to keep the old telephone pole. I said I was doing about 50 which was 5 below the posted limit. The officer said because of the skid that I had to have been around 40 and that he saw tracks of the other car off the road 'on my side of the road'. He put in his report I was run off the road and it was labeled, Not my fault.

Those are my accidents.
