  1. Hello everyone

First thing is first i want to thank Chris for the great program. That said, want to ask when version 2 will be ready and will we be able to get the upgrade to full version 2 if we have purchased the version 1.5? lol That said, can you please see if you can make something in it that could change file formats from say PAL to NTSC formats. That said, anyone out there know of a really easy way to change the file formats of mpegs from PAL to NTSC formats?
    Any help would be great.

Thank you again CHris for the program, great stuff and looking forward to version 2.

I have done this conversion in the past a few times and it is not easy(search for guides to see what I mean), until now. TMPGENC Express 3.0 with ac-3 plug-in ($87) can now do this in one step and no av sync issues. Open Pal video in Express, choose your language stream. Make sure you go to filters and check "keep aspect ratio". Choose NTSC dvd as output and click encode. Many hours later you will have NTSC mpeg which you can reauthor using your favorite authoring tool. I like dvd-lab because it can easily import the original chapters. No demuxing and seperate re-encoding of audio and video streams required, risking av synch problems.
