  1. I've got a problem.

I've recently got a DVD drive for my computer. It's a Mercury brand. I've recorded my first DVD on Nero 6, a movie, and it worked just fine. Second time, I tried to record the another movie, and after the encoding is done, I insert the DVD, and the drive does not recognize it. It keeps asking me for a blank DVD. I tried other DVD-RW's as well.

The weird thing is, it only does not recognize the BLANK DVD's ... I inserted the movie I burned the first time, and since it's DVD-RW, I tried to erase the old, and write on the new. After I erased the disc, and the movie burned just fine.

    Can anyone help me ?
    Thanks in advance.

  2. Surely you must erased the old movie on the DVD-RW for any burner software to burn a new movie on it.
    Hope this answers the question
