    I made a movie with a digital camera but the movie has to be turned 45°
    How can I do that, what program do i need?

    Open your file in VirtualDub, then...

    Video >> Filters >> Add >> Rotate2 >> OK.

    Then fill in whatever rotation settings you wish.
