I agree this is a great deal. I posted it on another thread on here yesterday. I think the code I used to order was "WEEKLY10" to get teh 10% off, but if the other one works, I guess you can use either/or.

shop4tech is a terrible dealer. they have had false codes, swapped described disks, and worse shilled several forums, often having peopel state codes that are not what comes delivered.
see the following site for how bad shop4tech is...and don't buy there. when they do send you disks with codes you didn't expect they won't take them back!

Seems like that website isn't official at all and just someone's personal experience. If you want real statistics on a company, hopefully you'll be able to find them at bizrate.com.
Bizrate is far more reliable then even sites like reselleratings.com because reseller doesn't have many reviews on many of the companies to even get a decent sample. Bizrate on the other hand has usually thousands. Shop4tech has over a 90% positive feedback ratio but that's with over 25,000 reviews. 25k is a substantial amount of reviews and if you don't count the neutrals, it's even higher. Supermediastore has 10,000 reviews or so and they're at about the same ratio. Those are reputable sites for any vendor not someone's personal site. That's just wrong though to even mislead people like that by linking someone's unofficial personal website.

sonic 4x's don't get good rating from here...
https://www.videohelp.com/dvdmedia.php?dvdmediasearch=sonic&dvdmediadvdridsearch=&type=...+or+List+Media
around 8 different sonic listings ... mixed to poor ratings on them.
is the MUST001 rated for 4x?
The only Must001 code I see is here and lists 2x speed and GET's GOOD RATING.sonic 2x must001 code

rgtaa, the disks people are referring to are the 4x ones that maldb linked. Those are the ones i've bought and which have the Must001 code. I think most people don't bother to put a review in the media section for whatever reason, they just post it here on the media forum instead. That's why there are so few reviews for so many different media. If you actually read the reviews though for the Must media, alot of people say that they have burned them @4x with Pioneer burners &, NEC burners. I've burned them all at 4x with my Plextor.

If u ever have a problem with shop4tech good luck getting your money back or even a credit. I sent them back a unused order of 100 dvd-r, media code LONGTEN...its been a week now that they have received it and still no refund on my credit card history and no email from them saying they received it. 2 email's have gone unanswered.
Will i buy from them again, nope! -
The "Must 001" disks burn fine in my Nec 2500A and my Pioneer 106. They read back with a very nice looking curve in DvdInfoPro, but none of my settop players like them (Pioneer, Digix, and Apex).
I once returned a spindle of 100 discs to Shop4tech, and they did refund my money. Took about a week to 10 days, as I recall. -
White-top Sonics here w/ "Must001" code; 4x in the Sony 510A. Agreed, nice curve in Dvdinfopro. Another 200 ordered a few days ago.
Like a flea circus at a dog show! -
I still don't get it.
Must001 is a code rated at 2x. I know it can be burned at 4x with a good drive and firmware. But how can they advertize the product as a 4x certified one?
Anyway.. must001 seems actually better than the other 4x rated codes of sonic. Probably it's nothing to complain, but still weird. -
This is the thing i dont like about this media: Different ppl have different results on : Compatability w/ playback, writespeed/s, etc.
I know its a hell of a deal @ the price of $0.26 a disc but the fact of the above and add to it that its a shady store makes me think twice. But each their own right. Not knocking it, just my thoughts on it. -
hrmmm, I bought these Sonic disks twice - 100 of them each time. I found out how to check the id's and they are the same MUST001 code mentioned. They have all been great. Still have about 60 left. Fine disks at a finer price.

I'm a media skeptic. I admit it.
I'm also an accountant, however, and a bit of a bargain shopper. That led me to first try the 'bargain' Prodics when everyone here was crowing about their quality. The Prodiscs were great for me. Especially at $46/ 100 pack. No errors and great burn tests.
So, when I read the enthusiastic posts here about these Sonic White Inkjet Printables with the MUST001 media ID, I decided to risk the $25 and order a 100 pack to test. Well, they came in a few days ago, and I've now done roughly 15 burns with my NEC 2500A. No coasters. No glitches. PERFECT (yes, I mean PERFECT) burn arcs on Nero CD/DVD speed. My NEC burns them at 8x for some reason, but it's clearly not comprimising burn quality.
I tried the Sonic w/ the LONGTEN code a while back, but they did not work in my Panasomnic DMR-E80H. These, however, burn and play perfectly in my new Toshiba RD-XS32. Longevity remains the great unknown, but I am very pleased with them so far. Next time a coupon code surfaces, I intend to order more. -
accountwiz, I read over at FW there is a coupon code that started today from shop4tech. It is 'DN10' and it is good until August 6th, so Friday. I have about 35 left from my last batch, so i'm gonna go ahead and order myself another 100 while this coupon code is still active. Like you said, you can't go wrong with this quality and at this price. There actually isn't any negative feedback at all about these in this thread, everyone seems to be happy campers.
They have a 100 pk of Ritek too for $44.10 for 100 of them. I may get 100 of those as well, if they aren't any better then these sonic discs, it won't cost me much to try them out.

Mortomer,
Thanks for the code. 'techbargains10' is still working too, by the way. Ordered another 100 today.
Also, I think this shop4tech bashing is a load of hooey. They've handled every order for me (10 or 12) with no problems. They ship the same day I order and when I had troubles with the pack of LONGTENs I ordered, they gave me a zero-hassle refind right away.
So, stop ripping these guys. They're neither shady or unfair. -
Mortomer,

I'm glad it has worked out for you fellas. If the reviews continue to come back as postive i just might change my mind on dealing with Shop4Tech.
BTW: The returned an email and refunded me the $$, but with a 10% restocking fee, oh well.
