hey,
just wondering, i downloaded a dvdr and it came in 3 parts. each part about 1.5g. when i extracted the whole thing i ended up with one file that is 4.5g and is a .iso and a 4.22KB file that is a .mds. My question is what is this .mds file and how do i burn this dvd to a dvdr? whats the best program for this?
thanks so much

Anyone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong but I think you only need to burn the .iso file.
Try using Nero or dvd decrypter. -
MDS is like a CUE file, and is designed for Alcohol 120%, however DVD Decrypter made ISO's can have an MDS too, if you leave that option turned on to make one. Its not necesary though unless you plan on using Alcohol 120%, even then that can burn an ISO, its just Alcohol 120%'s native disc image format is MDF/MDS.

thanks for the help,
i think i'll try nero to burn it, so do i just go to the top tabs (recorder) then (burn image) and load the iso and burn?
thanks -
