    I have a Pinnacle PCTV pro and I am unable to capture video with any software other then its software. I want to use other software since the cards codecs are not the best and I would rather use mjpeg or huffyuv.
    Every time I try different software the programs give errors and crash. I have tried VirtualDub and Adobe premeire and just to see if it could I even tried Windows Movie maker along with a plefora of freeware capture software off the net. They all crash and I really want to use other codecs.

    Someone has to know this because I don't know if it is just that my card is defective of all cards of this type crash the programs
