Simultaneous jobs

Hello All!

Does anybody know if may occur an error if while I shrink an .ISO file, I do another job? Reading emails, for example?

How much ram do you have? That would be one of the main factors to consider. If your system is drained with shrinking the file you may have problems when doing other things. I don't believe surfing the net is too ram intensive if you keep multimedia stuff to a minimum. Just check out your system resources while you multitask. That should give you an idea of how much internet surfing drains your system.

Sorry I guess I don't know. I've got a slow computer so all I do is shrink. I leave it alone and wait the 20-30 min to compress. I haven't gambled with it. I think the only way to know is try it out.

Just don't do to many thing simultaneously. You know how windows is, even xp.

I do multiple things on my computer while shrinking / ripping / burning.

Just going to slow the progs up mostly. but w/ your computer specs I probably would wait til shrinking is done.
