I have heard that the NEW Disney Snow White Cannot be turned to VCD is this true? Just wanted to know ahed of time.

If there's a will, there's always a way.

I'm sure if it's not possible, ways can be made around it.
And I remember reading somewhere on this board that someone has already done it, so.. I guess it's possible.

use dvdx 1.6 this is the only dvdrip program you will ever need. it even does xmen which is also like snow white.
get it from the tools page of this site.
hope this sorts it out.

I had zero problems converting Snow White DVD -> SVCD.
I could've encoded to VCD, but I prefer SVCD =)

i have used dvd decrypter that i got with a plask pack and smartripper 234 both worked but i cant make a long vcd tempeg keeps making the file 827mb not matter the bitrate. but anyway it can be ripped

I read somewhere on the Microsoft website that Snow White cannot be played under Windows XP. This is why you can't rip it. They said that they'll be releasing a service pack fixing this.

Don't know why, but SnowWhite played here under XP withjout problem, and also could be converted to (S)VCD without problem.

Well I bought the DVD and already made an MPG of the Barbra Streisand videoclip included on it ("SOMEWHERE MY PRINCE WILL COME&quot and had no problem at all. Since I bought the DVD, I don't need to put it on VCD format, but as the Barbra thing worked, I don't think there would be any kind of problem to put the whole movie on VCD or SVCD format.
