    a lot of peo[ple are going to ask you why you need to (just warning you) i have not done this for a while now i just encode with premiere now. but i belive if you search the tools area there is a frameserver for premiere i used it a few times and it works well. i can not remeber the name (i am sure someone else will post the name) but if you search the tools area you will find it..
