I just got a cheap digital video cam. 120 bucks. It records in mpeg 4 asf format. Its fairly good considering its only 120 dollers. But I want to be able to encode a movie and put it on the cam so I can watch it. Granted I dont know if it will be worth watching a movie on the tiny little screen and crappy speaker but something interesting to do. The issue im having is I know nothing about ASF files. Im going to post a link to a quick vid i shot with the cam and was hoping someone that knows more about asf would be able to help me reproduce the same format in hopes it will play on the cam.
The info i have already i got from GSpot. Which really does not have ASF files in mind im assuming.
imag0274.asf
File is ASF (WMA/WMV)
Type video/x-ms-asf
Video Src Type M4S2
Audio Src DVI_ADPCM (0x0011)
