    Good Morning
    Happy upcoming Independence Day.....

this may have been answered but i just can not find it. i have my video and stills from my recent vacation. i can make dvd of movies and make a dvd of the slideshow (using 2 different programs. hence they are complete stand alone dvd programs if you will. i have in the past created "sub menus" for my kids soccer team ie the first menue brings up the 3 seasons then going to one season brings up a dvd of that season with its own menu/chapters... pretty slick i thought..... now i want to do same for my slideshow. it created an audio/video ts files but i need to figure out how to make it part of a submenu (it was created with ulead)

hence the end product would be a dvd with the first menu saying vidoes or stills
clicking one or the other takes you to that dvds menu(s) and returns to the main menu

Ulead DVD PictureShow lets you put pics and video in
    at the same time.

i will experiment with that thanks,

i think you have to see one of my dvds to know what i'm after.

    insert dvd.
menu plays say choose movies or choose stills
now your are on next menu (say movies) its has 6 chapters of all the video it returns to its own menu of the 6 chapters but has a back button that will return you to the main menu where you can now choose stills and view any of the 10 slide shows.... i can do this in pinnacle quite easily with submenus you have your main project followed by the stills then drage the menu for the stills on to the first menu it automatically creates the submenu structure...

the problem is i like the way pictureshow creates the slideshows (which end up as video/audio ts files. i cannot import those into pinnacle so i either have to take video into ulead or slides into pinnacle.... i thought maybe someone had solved this before thats all. end result is your entire vacation stills and video on one dvd for me thats 90mins video 500 pics

up til now its easy how ever you must view the pictures using a computer while the video can be played in normal dvd (sort of a "secret bonus folder" if you will now i wish for that folder to be accesable on the stand alone dvd player
