I started to rip the Stargate-SG1 Season 6 DVD's a yesterday, but when I encoded w/ Gordian Knot (Video: XviD 2 Pass w/ Calculated Bitrate Audio: Mux 5.1 AC3 448Kbps), I find that the audio is out of sync with the video. When I encode with a 2.1 192Kbps AC3, the audio is fine (I determined this by encoding Season 1 DVD's). The Season 6 DVD's have a 2.1 192Kbps Dolby source, but it is the directors commentary version (It does, however, say in sync the entire length of the rip). I tried to convert the 5.1 AC3 to a 2.1 @ 192Kbps with BeSweet, but it still does not sync properly. So, I'm wondering if anyone has expierienced this problem, and what they have done to fix it. There was a topic about this exact DVD collection, but the reply was to use Gordian Knot to transcode the AC3 to a MP3, which I don't want to do. Also, is there a better program to recode my AC3?

I actually think that it starts off in sync, but I'm not sure, and gets progressively worse (Although I'm not sure of this either). I really wouldn't want to have to mess around with it, but if forced, I will. Right now I'm trying to encode the file on my other computer, to see if that makes a difference. Still though, don't you think it's wierd that this only happens on 5.1? Also, is there a better program than BeSweet to change an AC3 file?
Edit:
When I went to encode on my other computer, I noticed the following differences:
