DAT movies/music from kazaa

Hello same old question how to view/listen to these downloads.I have tried with all different players got close with Dvix player tried renaming with K dat renamer vcdgear ect.here's a typical file entry in my shared folder 107294383534429062 549464KB DAT File.Any help in plain English please. This guy is quoting a Kazaa hash file, which is the same as a link is he banned yellow carded?
