playing subtitles from VCD image

My VCD movies are imaged in .bin and .cue format
I use Alcohol100% to mount those images in a virtual drive and then Media Player or PowerDVD to watch them.

I also have the subtitles of the movies in .sub or .srt format but I
dont know how to display those while the movie is being played?
Is this possible? If not what is the fastest way to watch my movies with
subtitles?
