    hello
    i'm looking for a mp3 encoder that can make a vbr file with a wav header so i can use the file with some dvdrips i create, thanks

    This is a small tool i found at AviSynth.org. Its supposed to let you add WAV headers to existing MP3 files.

    Havn't tried it.

    Maybe BeSplit: http://dspguru.notrace.dk/BeSplit.html

    But depending on your destination format you could use VirtualDubMod over VirtualDub-Synch (is that the correct name).
