Encoders not encoding on my pc

Recently both my tmpgenc and mainconcept encoders stopped working. I recently had to uninstall all my codecs because of another problem I was experiencing. I downloaded the latest klite codec pack and reinstalled them. Everything was working fine and I had to uninstall and reinstall them again for another reason. Now tmpgenc won't encode for some reason and when I encode in mainconcept the finished file doesn't have sound or I get one second of it in the beginning of my file and it drops out after that. According to gspot and filmerit I have all the proper codecs loaded. Does anyone have a clue what's going on here?

Big boo boo installing the codec pack. You might try (re)installing DirectX 9.0c and seeing if it fixes it, but the real fix is to reinstall windows
