  1. Does anyone know a way to equilize volume of .mpa files before burning a DVD? I created a movie with lots of cuts in Premiere and after I authored it in DVD-Lab I noticed the audio was too loud in some areas and too soft in others. It would be a lot easier to equilize the volume with some tool the way WinAmp does converting MP3s to WAV rather than adjusting the sound through Premiere by ear. Any ideas?

You might try "MP3Gain" (do a google search). It's freeware. Only drawback is that you have to first convert to MP3, then equilize, and finally re-convert back to either WAV or MP2. Other than that, it works pretty well.
