Strange problem I'm having...
I ripped and demuxed a video from a DVD-R so I could re-author the DVD with menus (I hate those stand-alone "blue-bar" menus...). I did this using DVD Decryptor, so in the resulting filename are the indicators "NTSC" and "4~3", so I'm prety sure I should be fine. In TMPGEnc DVD Author, I don't have a problem. In DVDit PE I don't have a problem. However, I need more control so I fired up ReelDVD and it's telling me it's a PAL video with no aspect ratio. I'd hate to have to re-encode with TMPGEnc because the video is really sharp and re-encoding effects the picture quality. Any suggestions? Is there a way I can tell for sure what the format, aspect ratio, framerate, etc.. are?
